SVG Digital Download Policy
- Pixel Llama offers SVGs for digital cutting software. Each download contains ONE (1) digital file in SVG, PNG, DXF and EPS. These files can be used in any software that is compatible with the file types listed. If you are using another type of machine or program please check with your program to ensure your ability with this file.
- I cannot offer software or cutting machine support, if your machine is not working properly please contact the support for that cutter machine.
- Please note that this is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD file and no physical product will be sent to you. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because this product is a digital good delivered via Internet download refunds are not offered.

- *PLEASE NOTE* All computer monitors/printers are formatted different while we make every effort to ensure what you see is what you get we cannot guarantee our monitor/printer is formatted as yours. Our PNG files cannot be edited in anyway, shape or form, they may not be RESOLD as transfers or SHARED, UPLOADED to any 3rd party or print on demand company. All designs are for personal and or commercial small business use only. All PNG files come with a personal use license and a commercial use can be purchased. See terms and definitions below;
- Personal Use License: using our products downloaded/purchased from The Pixel Llama for your own personal use. Items cannot be sold and or distributed.
- Commercial Use License: using products downloaded/purchased from The Pixel Llama for commercial purposes. You may sell the items you make using our images, but cannot sell the image itself. We will allow up to 100 prints per design, if you need our MASS production license for 101 and more please contact us. We do not allow our files to be listed on ANY POD (print-on-demand) website, ie Zazzle, Red Bubble, Merch and the like.
